This part-time temporary position offers $28.76/hr, with a schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday in Waltham, and flexibility in setting the schedule once established. This opportunity is with a private higher education/research university focused on online graduate education and workforce development partnerships. The assignment is expected to last 3 months with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings, calls, and email communications with partner organizations.
  • Host webinars, information sessions, and partner engagement events.
  • Coordinate and attend employee benefits fairs and recruiting events.
  • Onboard new corporate partners and support benefit implementation.
  • Track partner activity, engagement metrics, and communications in CRM systems.
  • Maintain partnership dashboards and generate reports.
  • Draft newsletters, partner communications, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with admissions, marketing, student services, IT, and other departments.
  • Support admissions and enrollment initiatives through partnership engagement.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, account management, or business development.
  • Previous experience in higher education or online learning preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and quickly assume ownership of established partnerships.
  • Experience hosting virtual webinars or information sessions.
  • Proficiency with Slate and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
