Our client, a national membership-based organization is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Lead digital marketing and email marketing initiatives to drive member engagement and audience growth
- Manage email campaigns from strategy and content deployment through testing, segmentation, and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights to improve results
- Serve as the technical lead for the email marketing platform, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination
- Build and distribute digital communications, press releases, and media outreach campaigns
- Develop social media plans and engagement strategies for key events and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to support communications, branding, and marketing goals
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience, including email marketing and campaign management
- Experience managing email service providers, CRM platforms, and content management systems
- Strong understanding of email marketing metrics, segmentation, personalization, and analytics
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
- Excellent project management, proofreading, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $40-$45/hr
- Permanent Salary: Up to $95K
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
