Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across the Legal and Finance functions within a dynamic investment environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and a proactive approach to managing executive priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. The ideal candidate is confident, highly organized, and service-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing demands, and build strong relationships across the organization. Hours are generally 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility to arrive early or stay late as needed for meetings and events, along with occasional after-hours email monitoring for urgent travel changes. The role is fully onsite five days per week, with seasonal remote flexibility during designated summer and holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CFO, Deputy CFO, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and additional team members
- Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reporting, and executive scheduling priorities
- Serve as a trusted partner by anticipating needs, tracking action items, and ensuring seamless day-to-day support across multiple executives
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, support event logistics, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Manage sensitive information with discretion while exercising strong judgment and professionalism in all interactions
- Assist with special projects, document management, and administrative initiatives while maintaining exceptional accuracy and responsiveness
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative experience, with professional services, financial services, legal, or corporate experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Notary Public license or willingness to obtain one immediately upon hire
- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and executive support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, confident, and resourceful professional with strong business judgment and a high sense of urgency
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $125K-$130K base salary + discretionary bonus opportunity
