Position Summary
We are seeking a Talent Management Manager to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent programs that support employee growth, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, learning initiatives, and recruiting strategy. This role partners closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders to build scalable programs, processes, and tools that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruiting strategy, processes, and best practices.
- Partner with recruiting teams on workforce planning and hard-to-fill positions.
- Oversee recruiting metrics, reporting, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Support recruiting campaigns, community partnerships, and process improvements.
Talent Development
- Design and manage enterprise talent development programs.
- Build career development resources and learning opportunities.
- Partner with leaders to identify development needs and create learning solutions.
- Support leadership development initiatives and skills-building programs.
Performance Management
- Own and maintain the performance management process and annual cycle.
- Develop manager resources, training, and performance tools.
- Track performance trends and recommend improvements.
- Support calibration and talent review processes.
Succession Planning
- Lead succession and continuity planning programs.
- Create tools for talent assessment, readiness planning, and critical role identification.
- Maintain talent review processes, reporting, and development planning resources.
Learning & Development
- Manage the organization’s learning management system (LMS).
- Coordinate required and compliance training programs.
- Develop learning pathways and measure participation and effectiveness.
- Support leadership and manager development initiatives.
Compliance & HR Programs
- Coordinate compliance training and completion tracking.
- Support audits, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop employee and manager communications related to HR programs and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, recruiting, or HR.
- Experience designing and implementing HR programs and processes.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS, LMS, and talent management systems.
- Ability to translate strategy into practical programs, tools, and resources.
