Our client is seeking a personable and service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors within a collaborative design-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, building relationships, and contributing to a professional and creative workplace. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Manage conference room scheduling, guest registration, visitor logistics, and coordination with hospitality and facilities teams
- Answer and route incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with office communications and general support requests
- Maintain conference rooms, office signage, client databases, and workplace presentation standards
- Support meetings, events, and hospitality initiatives while serving as a resource for employees and guests
- Assist with special projects, digital signage updates, administrative tasks, and cross-functional office support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of front desk, reception, hospitality, customer service, or professional office experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Interest in workplace operations, hospitality, architecture, design, or administrative career paths is a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $65K-$75K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
