Our client, a professional association with an office in Alexandria, VA, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their busy team and growing organization!
About the Job:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with managers and leadership to determine hiring needs across the organization.
- Source and screen candidates, making recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Support organizational hiring events and conferences.
- Additional talent acqusition team projects as requested.
About You:
- 3+ years of full lifecycle talent acquisition experience required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; additional certifications are a plus!
- Tech-savvy ATS and HRIS proficiency is required.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
About the Position:
- $80K-$90K salary (dependent on experience).
- Comprehensive and generous benefits package.
- Hybrid schedule, 3 days/week on-site in the Alexandria, VA office.
