Temporary Bilingual HR Administrator

Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Fully Onsite (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: $24/hr+ (DOE)
Assignment Length: 6+ Month Contract with Potential for Extension

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Bilingual HR Administrator to support a busy Human Resources department serving a large employee population in a manufacturing environment. This individual will act as a key resource for employees and managers by assisting with onboarding, employee records management, HRIS updates, benefits administration, compliance activities, and general HR support.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, approachable, and comfortable serving as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working directly with employees, managing administrative processes, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Employee Records

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files.
  • Update employee records and process employee status changes.
  • Scan, upload, and digitize personnel documentation.
  • Assist with weekly HR audits and employee record maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Onboarding & Employee Support

  • Support new hire onboarding activities and required employment documentation.
  • Assist with I-9 verification, direct deposit forms, tax paperwork, and other onboarding requirements.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding company policies, procedures, and HR processes.
  • Serve as a welcoming and helpful resource for employees throughout their employment lifecycle.

Benefits & HR Operations

  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and open enrollment activities.
  • Provide support related to retirement plans and employee benefit programs.
  • Assist with HR reporting and workforce data tracking.
  • Help coordinate annual training compliance and employee communications.

HRIS & Administrative Support

  • Update and maintain employee information within HR systems.
  • Assist employees with account access issues, password resets, and authentication requests.
  • Generate reports and track required employment information.
  • Support the HR team with special projects and departmental initiatives.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Help foster a positive employee experience.
  • Assist with employee recognition programs, anniversaries, birthdays, and morale-building activities.
  • Coordinate communication between employees, supervisors, and HR leadership.
  • Support performance review administration and related documentation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Previous HR administrative support experience.
  • Experience with onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting employees in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or industrial environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Benefits administration experience.
  • Familiarity with compliance audits and HR reporting.
  • Experience supporting employee relations initiatives.

Additional Information
