Our client, a well-established company in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior Benefits & Retirement Administrator to join their team temporarily to provide leave coverage.
About The Position:
- Start Date: Beginning of November
- Temporary assignment through approximately May 14th
- Pay: $43.00-$49.42/hour based on experience
- Hybrid schedule in Whippany, NJ
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
About The Job:
- Support the administration of employee benefits, leave programs, and retirement plan activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, enrollments, and ongoing program support.
- Maintain benefit records, assist with reporting, and coordinate with third-party vendors and carriers.
- Provide administrative support for benefit-related projects, communications, and compliance activities.
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure a positive employee benefits experience.
About You:
- 5+ years of benefits administration experience with strong knowledge of employee benefit programs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with Pivot Tables and reporting.
- Experience utilizing HRIS systems to manage employee and benefits-related information.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
