  • Process expenses through Concur, maintain CRM information, organize documents, and support additional administrative workflows and projects
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including conference room preparation, catering, materials, and high-touch guest experiences
  • Support New York office operations, including visitor management, supplies, office readiness, team gatherings, and occasional business or personal requests for visiting leadership
  • Partner with administrative colleagues across offices, provide backup coverage, and take ownership of ad hoc projects as the role continues to grow

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience, with financial services or professional services experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and multiple senior stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; experience with Concur, CRM platforms, and technology-forward workflows is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and discretion
  • Mature, dependable, and self-directed professional with a team-first attitude, sound judgment, and a no-task-too-small approach

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $115K-$140K base salary + discretionary bonus
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with company match
