Our client, a national nonprofit organization, is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Provide hands-on HR support during a busy year-end period
- Assist with open enrollment preparation, benefits administration, and year-end 401(k) and tax-related HR activities
- Compile and maintain HR KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and employee data
- Prepare HR reports, including benefits enrollment and employee engagement reporting
- Maintain accurate employee and benefits information
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist with additional year-end priorities as needed
About You:
- Previous HR experience required
- Experience with benefits, open enrollment, or HR reporting preferred
- Experience working with HR metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Experience with Paychex or ADP preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable quickly stepping into a temporary assignment and supporting ongoing HR initiatives
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary assignment: approximately 6-8 weeks
- $28-$32/hr
- Part-time schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
- Parking available onsite for a fee
- Bus accessible!
