Our client, a national nonprofit organization, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
* Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews and manage scheduling changes
* Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and internal partners
* Manage interview logistics using Lever, GoodTime, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
* Provide a high-touch candidate and interviewer experience
* Support recruiting administration, projects, and process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team
About You:
* 1+ years of professional experience; recruiting, HR, or scheduling experience preferred
* Strong administrative, organizational, and scheduling skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication with a personable, professional approach
* Comfortable managing changing priorities and frequent reschedules
* Experience with ATS, scheduling, or similar systems; Lever and GoodTime experience a plus
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred
* Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* Temporary role for a few months, with potential to convert permanently
* $27-$30/hr
* Permanent Salary: $60K-$75K
* Hybrid: 4 days onsite; Fridays remote
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM; occasional 8:00/8:30 AM start
