Our client, a national professional membership association, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across email, web, social media, direct mail, and print
- Create and edit marketing copy, promotional materials, and webpages
- Manage marketing projects, production schedules, automated campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
- Track campaign performance, expenses, revenue, and engagement trends, making adjustments as needed
- Support efforts to increase event participation, engagement, fundraising, product sales, and brand awareness
- Collaborate across teams to promote organizational programs, products, and services
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Strong email and digital marketing experience; direct mail and print experience preferred
- Experience with HubSpot and an AMS/CMS platform such as NetForum or Sitecore
- Strong copywriting, editing, project management, and organizational skills
- Association, nonprofit, legal, or political organization experience highly preferred
- Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
- Writing samples demonstrating previous marketing campaigns required
About The Position:
- Duration: 3 months
- $33-$38/hr
- Hybrid: Onsite 3 days onsite in Washington, DC
- Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
- Occasional weekend flexibility and travel may be required
