Our client, a mission driven organization, is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Director to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Lead corporate partnership strategy and revenue growth, managing a portfolio of sponsorships, cause-marketing campaigns, and corporate philanthropy relationships
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate prospects and secure six- and seven-figure partnerships
- Develop proposals, sponsorship opportunities, and executive-level presentations while managing long-term partner relationships
- Lead and develop team members while collaborating with senior leadership on partnership strategy and revenue goals
- Use Salesforce to manage pipelines, track engagement, report on revenue performance, and identify opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, development, and operations teams to support partnership initiatives
About You:
- 8+ years of nonprofit corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or related development experience
- 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Proven success securing six- and seven-figure corporate partnerships and sponsorships
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and proposal development skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Nonprofit/association experience required; related sector experience is a plus
About The Position:
- Start Date: Targeting early December
- Duration: 6 months with strong potential for conversion
- $50-$60/hr
- Permanent Salary: $125K-$135K
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite
- Light travel, approximately quarterly
