Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support day-to-day commercial property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, vendors, engineers, and security
- Assist with budgeting, monthly financial reporting, invoices, tenant bill-backs, and delinquency follow-up
- Support lease administration, maintain property records, and ensure tenant/vendor documentation remains current
- Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs, work orders, purchase orders, service contracts, and property inspections
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and assist with tenant communications, events, and general property administration
About You:
- 1+ years of commercial real estate property management or related experience
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong Excel skills and experience supporting budgets, reporting, and invoices
- Excellent communication, organization, customer service, and time-management skills
- Driven, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: Mid-November
- $29-$31/hr
- Permanent Salary: $70K-$76K
- Bonus upon conversion: 5-8% based on performance
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- 100% onsite
