Our client, a mission driven nonprofit, is seeking a Part Time Development Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support fundraising and development operations, including donor relations, reporting, research, and administrative needs
- Maintain donor records in Salesforce, including data entry, audits, reporting, and database updates
- Assist with donor letters, development materials, and team workflows
- Handle sensitive donor information with discretion and professionalism
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of donor, fundraising, development, or related database experience required
- Experience with fundraising databases; Salesforce preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SQL, Asana, and Jira are a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP through February
- Part-time temporary opportunity with possibility of conversion
- $28-$32/hr
- Potential Permanent Salary: $55K-$67K
- 15 hours/week: 3 days per week, 5 hours per day
- Core Hours: 10:00 AM-3:00 PM (15-hours per week)
