Our client, an impressive national association, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their busy headquarters in Washington DC!
About The Job:
- Lead day-to-day benefits administration, serving as the point-of-contact for employees and handling the open enrollment period.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, coordinating, onboarding, offboarding, and orientation.
- Responsible for leave administration and HR compliance.
- Collaborate with managers on career-pathing and performance management.
- Support HR operations through contributing to policies and procedures, maintaining and updating the employee handbook.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other software programs on a daily basis.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience required.
- Strong experience with benefits administration and enrollment, leave programs, the full recruiting lifecycle, and overarching HR operations.
- Strong HRIS experience required; ADP ‘Workforce Now highly preferred.
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented with a passion for building relations.
About The Position:
- Salary range of $90K-$120K (DOE)
