Contract Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Company in Huntersville/north Charlotte is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. 11-12 week contract. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. $19/hour. In-office position.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with questions and troubleshooting.
- Providing in-depth product and service knowledge.
- Promotes strong customer coordination and attention to detail, by demonstrating a positive temperament and communicating effectively both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
