Marketing and Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales proposals for Sales Consultants.
• Process sales New Starts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Complete Vendor Setup paperwork when requested.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (e.g., Zoho).
• Continually update Referrals and Testimonials ensuring that they are accurate and up to date.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as Monday Sales Meeting agenda, Lead Tracker/Appointment Tracker, etc
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate and timely information.
• Help Sales Management with New Hire setup.
• Order Sales Marketing supplies
• Be up to date on Brand standards (e.g., Updated logos, approved colors, etc)
• Create visually stimulating Welcome signs for Guests, while updating Lobby TV with new videos when they are available.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
