Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations for a large office space, including maintenance, inspections, and space planning
- Oversee facilities budgets, financial tracking, vendor relationships, and asset life cycles
- Manage preventive maintenance, safety drills, and facilities documentation and policies
- Support strategic facilities projects, including design input and coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Provide light operational support for company events
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of facilities management experience
- Must have experience managing facilities within a large office space
- Strong experience with vendor management, budgeting, maintenance, and facilities operations
- Experience with space planning, building inspections, and asset management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temp Pay: $40-$47/hr
- Permanent Salary: $95K-$110K
- 100% onsite
