Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a prominent law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join thier team. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support attorneys throughout the litigation process. This role is based in Norfolk, VA and is fully in-person.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, proof, and prepare legal documents, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas and settlement packages.
- Manage case files, deadlines and court calendars.
- Assist with document review and production.
- Coordinate with clients, courts and opposing counsel.
- Maintain litigation calendars to track deadlines for filings, hearings, and other critical dates.
What You Bring
- One to three years litigation paralegal experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and case-management software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
