Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a prominent law firm seeking a Senior Litigation Technology Specialist to provide high-level eDiscovery and litigation technology support to attorneys and case teams. This role will manage the full lifecycle of complex eDiscovery and litigation support projects, from data collection and processing through document review, production, and trial support. Based in Washington, D.C.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex eDiscovery matters, including ESI preservation, collection, processing, review, production, and trial support.
- Administer, customize, and troubleshoot Relativity and RelativityOne workspaces, workflows, analytics, and productions.
- Advise attorneys and case teams on litigation technology strategy, review planning, analytics, and eDiscovery best practices.
- Create and manage databases, load electronic documents, perform quality control, and ensure production specifications are met.
- Coordinate with outside vendors, develop project plans and cost estimates, and monitor deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide technology support for depositions and trials, including presentation systems, equipment, and trial logistics.
What You Bring
- At least 10 years of law firm or litigation support service provider experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Relativity or RelativityOne, including processing, analytics, productions, and workspace administration.
- Experience managing large, complex eDiscovery matters and translating legal objectives into effective technical workflows.
- Strong understanding of the EDRM model, AI-assisted review tools, and current litigation technology best practices.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate effectively with attorneys and case teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; ACEDS and Relativity certifications are a plus.
