Seeking an experienced Senior AP Manager to lead a high-volume accounts payable function within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role will oversee the AP team, vendor management, payment processing, controls, and process improvements while partnering closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the AP team and daily operations
- Manage high-volume invoice processing and vendor payments
- Oversee 2-way/3-way matching, PO invoices, accruals, and reconciliations
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA for AP processing, reporting, and workflow management
- Resolve vendor, pricing, receiving, and payment discrepancies
- Support month-end close, audits, and internal controls
- Drive AP automation and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive AP experience with leadership responsibility
- SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
- Manufacturing, food, CPG, or distribution experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of high-volume AP, PO processes, three-way matching, and vendor management
- Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
