Senior Client Relationship Associate to $105K – Elevate Client Experience!

Our client, an investment advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Associate to deliver an exceptional, client-first experience across a diverse portfolio. This role partners closely with advisors and internal teams to manage new client intake and onboarding, support complex client requests, and coordinate planning activities. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of client-facing financial service experience, including exposure to fiduciary concepts.

• Responsibilities include managing end-to-end client onboarding processes including account setup, documentation, funding, and fee implementation; serving as a primary point of contact to address client inquiries with accuracy and urgency; collaborating with internal stakeholders to support investment, tax, estate, and planning needs; coordinating gifting and related documentation for clients; ensuring proper application and tracking of advisory fee structures; building strong relationships with clients and their external advisors; and contributing to process improvements and mentoring junior team members.
• The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within financial services; strong knowledge of account structures, trusts, or fiduciary concepts; excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with sophisticated clients and partners; a detail-oriented and highly organized work style; comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
