Executive Assistant to $90K – Join a Growing Team!
Our client, a venture capital firm investing in software companies, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated scheduling and administrative support to a small group of senior leaders. This role centers on managing constantly shifting calendars, understanding how to prioritize executive needs, and partnering with additional administrative professionals to help keep office operations up to standard. The ideal candidate brings prior office or administrative support experience, strong Outlook skills, and a flexible, eager-to-learn mindset.
Position Details:
- Location: Boston, MA

- Responsibilities include managing high‑volume calendars for multiple senior leaders; coordinating and prioritizing meetings based on business needs and stakeholder importance; proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and anticipating downstream impacts; partnering closely with a senior EA/Office Manager to align on priorities and coverage; communicating clearly with internal teams and external contacts to keep schedules on track; maintaining organization and follow‑through in a dynamic environment; and supporting day‑to‑day administrative needs as the role continues to evolve.
- The ideal candidate possesses experience in an office or administrative support role with strong Outlook proficiency; confidence, sound judgment, and a common‑sense approach to prioritization; the ability to stay calm, flexible, and responsive as plans change; a proactive, can‑do attitude with eagerness to learn and take initiative; strong communication skills and comfort working closely with senior professionals; and a team‑oriented mindset with genuine interest in being in the office full time.
