Client Service Associate to $75K – Boutique Wealth Management Opportunity!
Our client, an independent wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisors and provide daily administrative and operational support. This role plays a central part in account administration, transaction processing, and maintaining accurate client records across multiple financial systems. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment services environments, ideally supporting or directly managing client relationships.

- Responsibilities include supporting new account openings and ongoing account maintenance across brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust accounts; preparing and submitting custodial documentation while ensuring compliance and accuracy; coordinating transfers, beneficiary updates, and money movement requests; processing client contributions and distributions and tracking transactions through completion; maintaining accurate client data within CRM and financial planning systems; responding to client inquiries with professionalism and urgency; preparing administrative materials for client meetings and supporting follow‑up implementation; and communicating financial concepts to clients accurately.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment services environments, ideally supporting or directly managing client relationships; a strong understanding of core retirement and investment products including IRAs, Roth IRAs, and 401(k) plans; hands‑on experience with CRM, custodial, or financial planning platforms; strong attention to detail and process discipline; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, operational role; clear and professional verbal communication skills; and comfort working in a small, team‑oriented office environment.
