Administrative Assistant to $100K – High-Visibility Role!

Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership and their teams. In this role, you will help keep executives organized, prepared, and operating efficiently through expert calendar management and travel coordination.

Position Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA

  • Responsibilities include becoming the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; managing complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for multiple senior leaders; coordinating domestic and international travel and preparing detailed itineraries; preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and correspondence; tracking, reconciling, and submitting expense reports; maintaining a polished office environment and liaising with vendors, building management, and IT as needed; partnering with other administrative professionals to ensure seamless coverage and coordination; assisting with special projects, research requests, and firmwide initiatives; and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of administrative support experience, ideally within professional services or finance; exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional presence; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint; the ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal direction; sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information; and a proactive, energetic work style balanced with the ability to read the room and adapt to executive and client-facing settings.
