Research & Knowledge Coordinator to $75K – Support Business Development!

Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is seeking a Research & Knowledge Coordinator to support firmwide business development and research initiatives. Through hands-on administrative work, you’ll support consultants in data tracking, database management, and target research projects. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of professional services experience, strong communication skills, and experience using Sugar CRM.

Position Details:

  • Responsibilities include managing and maintaining internal databases and CRM records related to clients, cases, and consultants; supporting opportunity and business development tracking through court docket updates and case research; conducting qualitative research using internal and external resources to support consultant and practice needs; preparing and distributing recurring research reports and alerts; coordinating closely with team members and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely information flow; assisting with report generation, data quality audits, and ongoing database improvements; and prioritizing multiple same‑day and short‑term research requests with minimal supervision.
  • The ideal candidate possesses at least 1 year of experience in a professional services or research‑driven environment; strong qualitative research and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information from non‑numerical sources; excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail and comfort managing administrative processes; prior exposure to CRM systems or databases; familiarity with legal or business research tools; and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a small, collaborative team.
