Marketing Director to $170K – Lead High-Impact, Consumer-Facing Strategy!

Our client, a well-established real estate organization, is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and elevate a dynamic, high-traffic, consumer-facing environment. This role will drive end-to-end marketing strategy, oversee campaigns and events, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of marketing experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record managing campaigns, budgets, and KPIs in complex environments.

• Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals; overseeing multi-channel campaigns, including social media, events, promotions, and public relations; managing agency relationships, budgets, and marketing performance metrics; leading onsite activations and customer engagement initiatives to drive traffic and sales; collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution; directing reporting, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making; and managing and mentoring marketing staff.
• The ideal candidate possesses 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within real estate, hospitality, retail, or similar industries; strong leadership and team management skills; expertise in campaign execution, events, and digital platforms; experience working with KPIs, analytics tools, and CRM systems; proven ability to manage budgets and external vendors; and exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
