Operations Associate to $70K – Support Critical Business Transactions!
Our client, a highly respected financial services firm, is seeking an Operations Associate to support senior professionals and play a key role in driving client activities from start to finish. This position combines executive support, client service, project coordination, and event logistics in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in executive support, client-facing administration, or project coordination within a professional services setting.

- Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior professionals; preparing and assembling client-facing presentations, agendas, reports, and confidential materials; coordinating meetings, client events, and off-site logistics including travel, technology, and vendor management; maintaining Salesforce records, reports, and documentation; serving as a professional point of contact for clients and external stakeholders; supporting transaction-related activities and project timelines from initiation through completion; and assisting with internal projects, special events, and operational initiatives.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience supporting executives or client-facing teams in a fast-paced professional environment; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and business technology platforms; exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills; polished verbal and written communication abilities with a high-touch customer service approach; strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion; and the confidence, professionalism, and adaptability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
