Administrative Assistant
Location: Denver Metro Area (Hybrid/Onsite)
Job Type: Long-term, ongoing contract
Position Overview
Our client, a growing organization in the energy and natural gas industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This individual will provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams, coordinate schedules and meetings, maintain documentation, and help ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for leadership team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for meetings and events.
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with office operations, vendor coordination, and supply management.
- Support special projects and provide general administrative assistance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office coordinator, or related experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting multiple managers or departments preferred.
- Prior experience in energy, utilities, engineering, construction, or industrial environments is a plus.
