Key Responsibilities:
– Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
– Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
– Track project progress, budgets, and schedules.
– Prepare reports, meeting notes, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
– Help ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
– Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
– Support procurement and material tracking activities.
– Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
– Internship or project experience is a plus but not required.
