We are currently partnered with an Investment Firm in Manhattan who is looking to hire a Senior AP Associate to join their growing department. You will be sitting on a team with 3 other AP professionals and reporting to the Director of AP. It’s an exciting and fast paced culture with strong mentorship and collaboration across departments. You will be responsible for a range of AP functions including processing invoices, auditing coding, expense reports, working with vendors, 1099 reporting, and working with the treasury team on wire transfers.
They are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of strong AP experience and a Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance or related. Ideally, this candidate comes out of financial services, fintech, or another professional services firm. They are offering a competitive salary and great benefits. 5 days are required onsite in their Manhattan office.
