The position oversees AP/AR, vendor management, bookkeeping, tax support, credit card reconciliation, and real estate transaction coordination across multiple LLCs, while maintaining organized QuickBooks records and handling recurring financial processes with accuracy and discretion. The environment is close‑knit, fast‑paced, and highly personalized, requiring someone patient, personable, and comfortable interacting directly with the principal.
