Our client, within the legal space, is seeking a Finance / Accounting Manager to join their team in NYC.
This role offers the opportunity to oversee day-to-day finance operations, including financial reporting, billing, AP/AR, payroll, and budgeting, while working closely with the CFO and firm partners. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, strong accounting foundation, prior law firm experience, knowledge of GAAP, and hands-on experience with billing systems (Aderant Expert Sierra required), along with the ability to drive process improvements.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants a high-visibility role with direct impact on firm operations and strategy.
