Beacon Hill is partnering with a company in Manhattan to bring an experienced Senior Accountant to their team. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations while contributing to process improvements as the organization continues to scale. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close activities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyze financial data, identify variances, and support management with actionable insights
- Maintain and improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls as the organization grows
- Support audits and regulatory requirements as needed
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and other internal teams to meet business needs
- Handle multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
