Senior Accountant
Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant for a 4-5-month contract role. This is fully on-site in Watkins, CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and G/L account reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Create and post journal entries
- Assist with month‑end close activities
- Oversee and review AP and AR transactions
- Support the team during the transition to NetSuite (go‑live planned for June)
Required Qualifications
- Strong reconciliation background
- Comfortable with month‑end close
- Experience overseeing AP and AR processes
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work fully onsite in Watkins, CO
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite experience (highly preferred due to upcoming implementation)
- Cost accounting exposure
- Fixed asset accounting experience
- Accounting degree
