Accounts Payable Specialist | Estero, FL
A rapidly growing software company is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a company continuing to scale and evolve.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing vendor invoices and payments
- Handling corporate card and expense activity
- Supporting reconciliations and month-end close
- Maintaining vendor records and documentation
- Assisting with process improvements and workflow organization
Qualifications:
- Prior AP or accounting experience
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
