Our Client is looking to hire a Financial Planning Associate, supporting client planning, market analysis, and day-to-day service operations. This Financial Planning Associate role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow into a long-term advisory path within a high-touch client environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, and planning deliverables as a key part of the Financial Planning Associate function
- Support advisors in addressing financial planning questions and client inquiries
- Maintain financial data in planning systems (e.g., eMoney) and generate reports (YCharts)
- Assist with market research, client segmentation, and investment discussion materials
- Prepare rollover and account analysis reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client service workflows and onboarding
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related preferred)
- 2+ years of financial services experience or relevant internship/academic background
- Series 65 (active or willing to obtain)
- Interest in pursuing CFP® certification
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
