While this is a contract opportunity for now, there is a strong potential to extend long term and could even lead to a full-time position for the right person. This position offers a highly flexible hybrid schedule with the potential for increased remote work over time. You’ll work alongside an experienced payroll team in a collaborative environment that values training, professional growth, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and timely
• Review payroll data, earnings, deductions, and tax information
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting
• Partner with HR, Finance, and employees to answer payroll-related questions
• Support payroll system maintenance, updates, and process improvements

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of in-house payroll experience
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance
• Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
