Beacon Hill Financial is collaborating with a company in Manhattan to bring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their growing team. The role will support the day-to-day AR function, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong customer account management. If you have 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, please apply!
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections activities.
- Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payment.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and customer account inquiries.
- Process and reconcile incoming payments while maintaining accurate customer account records.
- Prepare AR aging reports and assist with reporting and analysis related to receivables.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, customer service, and sales teams to resolve account issues and improve processes.
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and AR-related journal entries.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls.
