Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialists! Please read! Would you like to put your Accounts Payable (AP) talents to good use, working with an incredible group and organization and just in time to start saving for the holidays? AND have a break around the holidays, too?!
Our client, located near the Bothell area, is in need of a tried-and-true Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to work on a contract basis. This role very well turn into something FTE.
As the Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist, you will work alongside a team helping to process:
- Coding to the GL
- Matching to Purchase Orders
- Expense reimbursements
- Check runs
- Various related A/P duties as needed
This is an incredible opportunity to work for a stable, down to earth group while likely learning a new system to add to your resume.
To be considered for this specific position you would need:
- 3+ years of A/P experience
- Intermediate MS Excel
- A desire to be part of a team
- An AA, BA or BS degree in Accounting, Business or related field
