Beacon Hill is partnered with an organization to bring a Procurement Specialist to their team. This role will work extensively within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and will be responsible for supporting the full purchasing cycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and receiving. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and receiving
- Process and maintain purchasing transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Monitor purchase orders and assist with resolving discrepancies related to orders, receipts, invoices, and vendors
- Maintain accurate procurement and supplier information within enterprise systems
- Utilize Excel to track, review, and analyze purchasing-related data
- Partner with internal departments and suppliers to address procurement-related questions and issues
- Assist with inventory-related processes and reconciliation as needed
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable on supplier invoices and payment-related matters
- Support continuous improvement of procurement and purchasing processes
