Our client in the DFW area is seeking an AP Manager (Interim) to join their Accounts Payable Department.
The AP Manager (Interim) will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Oversee vendor maintenance and support, while managing a team of AP professionals
- Monitor AP ticketing queue, handle escalated issues, and provide dispute resolution
- Analyzed root causes and review vendor statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Manage master vendor data and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Develop AP processes and streamline SOPs to increase department workflow
Requirements:
- 2+ years of SAP experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- 5+ years of AP experience, with over 2 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, is preferred
