Our client in the Plano area is seeking a Revenue Accountant to join their team.
Responsibilities include:

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close processes and ensure revenue is recorded accurately
Review customer contracts and determine proper revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606
Manage revenue activities within NetSuite, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Maintain deferred revenue schedules and account reconciliations

Support audits, SEC reporting, and revenue disclosures

Monthly revenue accounting and reporting

Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
-
Strong knowledge of ASC 606 is required

Excel, Oracle, NetSuite, or any ERP is a plus
