AR Staff Accountant
We are seeking an AR Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable, general ledger activity, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on NetSuite experience and a strong understanding of GL accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts receivable activities
- Prepare and post customer payments
- Perform cash applications and account reconciliations
- Reconcile AR balances to the general ledger
- Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations
- Research and resolve account discrepancies
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Support additional accounting projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Staff Accountant or AR accounting experience
- NetSuite experience required
- Strong general ledger reconciliation experience
- Hands-on accounts receivable experience
- Experience with journal entries and month-end close
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
