Our client in the Plano, TX area is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their team!
The AP Specialist will have experience in the following:
- Performs all procedures related to accounts payable for multiple locations
- Input and code high volume of invoices daily
- Set up and maintain vendor accounts
- Research and reconcile vendor statements
- Assist with month-end close
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Excel and multiple ERP software
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
