Payroll Manager

- Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for roughly 500 employees across multiple states
- Process payroll for a large hourly employee population, including tip-based compensation
- Ensure accurate payroll calculations, tax compliance, deductions, garnishments, and payroll-related reporting
- Maintain and audit payroll data across multiple company entities and pay groups
- Partner with HR and operations teams to resolve payroll inquiries and ensure a positive employee experience
- Leverage technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency
- Generate payroll reports and analyze data to support business needs
- Stay current on multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Required Qaulifications:
- ADP Workforce Now experience and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven experience processing bi-weekly payroll for a large organization
- Strong multi-state payroll experience
- Comfortable incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
- Professional, approachable, and customer-service-oriented communication style
