We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant on a contract basis to support senior leadership and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This contract role is a mix of calendar management, project coordination, and being a reliable go-to person who keeps things on track behind the scenes.

The right candidate is proactive, discreet, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. If you’re someone who enjoys staying a step ahead and making other people’s lives easier, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating across time zones, and handling last-minute changes
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups (notes, action items, etc.)
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
  • Assist with expense reports and basic reporting tasks
  • Support special projects as needed-everything from events to process improvements
  • Help keep things organized, whether that’s files, systems, or workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years experience supporting executives or senior leaders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Comfort with tools like Outlook, Teams/Slack, Excel, and calendar systems
  • Someone who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders at once
  • Background in a fast-growing or high-demand environment
  • Event planning or project coordination experience
