Responsibilities
- Manage general accounting activities for assigned entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Support month-end close processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Review and analyze financial statements and account activity to maintain data integrity
- Track and report on routine financial metrics and operational performance indicators
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance-related activities
- Partner with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews
- Review vendor payments, expense activity, and credit card transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience supporting multi-entity accounting environments
- NetSuite experience preferred; QuickBooks a plus
- Real estate or multi-site industry experience is a plus
