Responsibilities
- Administer and process commission calculations in alignment with established compensation plans and policies
- Review and reconcile sales and commission data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support recurring commission cycles, including adjustments and reporting activities
- Maintain data integrity across CRM and compensation-related systems
- Prepare standard reports related to earnings, attainment, and trends
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and system enhancements related to sales compensation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, or sales operations
- Exposure to tools such as Xactly, Anaplan, SAP Commissions, CaptivateIQ, or similar systems preferred
- Technology or SaaS industry experience a plus
